What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, and your message. We use them for one thing — replying to your enquiry and helping you get started at the gym. We don't add you to marketing lists and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our gym inbox by an email delivery service (Resend) and the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies only inside that embed. This site uses privacy-preserving, cookie-free page-view counting and performance measurement from our hosting provider (Vercel). It does not use tracking cookies or sell data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up about joining. If you never join, your enquiry is simply an email in our inbox, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email samsongymireland@gmail.com and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you think we've handled your data badly — though we'd rather you talked to us first.
