Boxing
Footwork, timing, power.

Footwork, timing and power. Our boxing classes sharpen your hands and conditioning — as a discipline in its own right and as the striking base of MMA. All levels welcome.
Footwork, timing, power
Boxing is built around the jab and cross, footwork that creates angles, and the conditioning to keep your hands up for the length of a round. It's one of the oldest combat sports, and its fundamentals — stance, guard, head movement — underpin most other striking arts, which is part of why it also forms the striking base of our MMA program.
Inside a class
Sessions build from a warm-up into pad work and combination drills — jab-cross, hooks, footwork patterns — with a partner or coach holding pads at a pace that matches your level. As technique develops, controlled partner drills are steadily introduced; sparring, where it happens, is light and only once you and your coach agree you're ready for it, never before.
Who it's for
All levels are welcome, whether you're boxing purely for fitness and conditioning, want to sharpen your hands for its own sake, or are building a striking foundation to bring into MMA. No experience is required to start — classes are built so a first-timer and someone who's boxed for years can work the same pads session at a pace that suits them both.
