MMA
Every range, one sport.

Mixed Martial Arts brings striking, wrestling and jiu-jitsu together into one sport. Our MMA classes build every range — and the beginner course eases you in step by step.
One sport, every range
Mixed Martial Arts combines striking, wrestling and jiu-jitsu into a single sport — a fight can be won on the feet, in the clinch or on the ground, so training covers all three ranges rather than just one. It's one of the newer combat sports, but it draws directly on much older ones: boxing and Muay Thai for striking, wrestling for takedowns and control, and BJJ for the ground game.
Inside a class
The 6-week beginner course moves through each range in turn: striking fundamentals first, boxing and kickboxing basics, then wrestling fundamentals — takedowns and control — before an introduction to jiu-jitsu ties it all together. Throughout, technique is drilled with partners who started where you did, under coaching the whole way, and sparring is introduced gradually, staying light until it's clearly time for more.
Who it's for
You don't need a background in any of the underlying disciplines to start — the beginner course is built to take complete beginners from zero across striking, wrestling and grappling at once, without expecting you to have trained any of them before. From there, training runs the full range: members here purely for fitness and conditioning, alongside others working toward the gym's fight team.
